BLUES AND ROYALS (6) Finished 6th last time at Sandown. May see an upturn in form and drawn the rails. Going well this campaign and suited by the weight drop. Deserves consideration. MAGICAL MERLOT (7) Looked good when 3rd last time at Windsor but racing against tougher rivals. Dropping weight. Has to be included. PANDEMONIUM (2) Disappointing effort when 12th last time at Newmarket and up against a more competitive field. Jockey Oisin Orr and trainer Simon Crisford & Ed Crisford work well together. Respect in this event. STRENGTH OF SPIRIT (3) Ran 9th last start at Goodwood but will find this grade easier. Has more weight to carry. Maybe for the trifectas and a marginal hope.
